1. Acceptance

By using this site, registering an account, or playing Daily Grand, you agree to these terms and to the Player Agreement set by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Daily Grand in British Columbia is open only to individuals who are 19 years of age or older, are residents of British Columbia, and are physically located in the province when they register and play. Employees of BCLC and their close family members may be restricted from playing certain games, as set out in the Player Agreement.

3. Accounts & verification

You may hold one account, in your own legal name, with accurate details. Before you can play or withdraw, you must verify your identity (KYC) by providing valid government-issued identification. BCLC may hold funds or restrict an account until verification is complete. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Buying plays

Each Daily Grand play costs $3 and consists of five main numbers (1–49) and one Grand Number (1–7). The optional Extra add-on costs $1 per play. You decide how many plays to buy, within any limits you have set and any limits BCLC applies.

5. Draws, cut-off & results

Draws are held every Monday and Thursday, shortly after 7:30 PM Pacific Time. Online sales close at 7:21 PM PT on draw days. A play entered before the cut-off is included in that day's draw; a play entered afterward goes into the next draw. Official results are published after each draw and prevail over any unofficial source.

6. Prizes & claiming

Prize tiers, values and the for-life option (or single cash payout) follow the Daily Grand Game Conditions. Smaller prizes are credited to your account. Larger prizes follow the claim process set out in those conditions. Prizes are subject to validation, and a winning play must meet all applicable rules to be paid.

7. Free Play

A line that matches the Grand Number with none of the five main numbers wins a Free Play. The Free Play is applied automatically as a line in the next draw and has no cash value on its own.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site are protected by copyright and other rights. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without permission. Trademarks and game names referenced here belong to their respective owners.

11. Order of precedence

Daily Grand is governed by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC) Game Conditions, with supplemental conditions set by BCLC for British Columbia. If a BCLC supplemental condition conflicts with the national ILC Game Conditions, the ILC Game Conditions take precedence.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable B.C. consumer protection law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and where required you may be asked to accept them before continuing to play.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, under the Gaming Control Act (B.C.), with oversight by the Independent Gambling Control Office (IGCO).
